The beauty of this treatment is that it is just as good for the appearance of the skin as it is for well being. The external benefits to Zone face lift are numerous. A course of treatments can help to eliminate the need for botox and offers a natural alternative to dermal fillers by stimulating collagen and elastin from the inside, reducing puffiness and tightening and toning the skin in the face and neck. Lymphatic drainage helps improve circulation and the removal of toxins, which can lead to brighter and smoother skin with a more even complexion. Zone Face Lift

Auricular Reflexology works through the stimulation of the external part of the ear with the same way as traditional foot and hand reflexology: that the whole body is mirrored on the
ear. Stimulation to a specific point on the ear that corresponds to a specific point in the body,
will bring balance to that area either through an increase or decrease of energy. The ear is supplied by numerous nerves and it is believed that Auricular Reflexology also works by directly stimulating the central nervous system.
There are over 200 acu-points on the ear which are used in Chinese Acupuncture. In Auricular Reflexology we use a selection of these and instead of using needles, we stimulate the points using finger and thumb pressure, applying ear seeds where necessary.
Just like the feet, the ears are a microsystem of the entire body. Organs, glands & systems
of the body are mapped out on the ears. Ear reflexology has powerful benefits & can have
rapid results due to the close proximity to the brain. Ear reflexology may be helpful for the
relief of symptoms in conditions such as headaches/migraines, sinus issues, tinnitus, neck,
back & shoulder tension, allergies, inflammation, stress & anxiety, insomnia, pain relief plus
much more. When combined with a foot reflexology treatment, it further enhances the treatment to give more rapid results.

Hopi ear candling is exactly what it says it is: a candle that you burn in your ear. It is a simple but very powerful healing tool that originated around three thousand years ago. In ancient times, in India, China, South America, the Aztecs, and North America - the Native Americans used plants, herbs and mud on a hollow reed to clear and cleanse the ears.

Reports on the benefits vary, but the most common in the drying effect of excess mucus, especially in the sinus, ears and throat area. Immediate effects such as un-blocking stuffed noses, clearing sinuses, improving hearing, reducing tinnitus and upper airway infections are common place. Glue ear simply disappears and balance and vertigo improve.

The treatment can have a very calming effect. All you experience is the sound of a wood fire crackling as the candles get to work drawing out any excess wax or impurities through the candle which acts as a vacuum when lit.

It is a very safe treatment, suitable for all ages.

Reiki for animals

The method of receiving a Reiki treatment from a practitioner is a very simple process. The recipient simply lies on a couch and relaxes. If they are unable to lie down, the treatment can be given in a sitting position. The main thing is for the recipient to be as comfortable as possible.

There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki will pass through anything, even plaster casts. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms.

Maternity Reflexologists aim to optimise the health potential of the pregnant woman. They will give the client reflexology advice but will not give medical or obstetric advice, and must ensure that a client with any problems is put in the care of an appropriate Clinical Practitioner.
